The Mobi New Year Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Mobi’s standard renter eligibility requirements at the time of prize redemption.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. The Mobi vehicle rental must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner announcement and is subject to vehicle availability, insurance requirements, and all applicable Mobi policies and terms of service.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random comment selection tool.
The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility. If the selected entrant does not respond within the allotted time or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their Instagram username for winner announcement purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mobi, Instagram, and Airbnb from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
