I don’t know where to start with this janky company but if I could give no stars I would!!!! Save your money and time and energy and DON’T RENT ANY OF CARSBYZO’S CAR is money hungry and don’t car about the conditions of they cars and won’t refund you and is cheap on fixing everything. The cars don’t look like the pictures the cars are much more raggedy and ran down than the pictures. I’ve rented 2 cars by him and each experience was a nightmare. The cars are located in the most dangerous parts of San Francisco. The directions to the car are awful. The WiFi that he tells you to connect to is awful so it makes the check in and check out process harder. The conditions of the cars are horrible, from the getaround sign scraped off the sides to the dents, scratches and scrapes on the car to the horrible smell and dirtiest cars I have ever seen in my life. Both cars I’ve rented were disgustingly dirty and wouldn’t come clean. The seats were badly soiled and the cars have pet hair all over it. The cars are so dirty that my white coat was stained from sitting in the car seat. The stirring wheel column was taped up and you can tell the ignition was broken off so the car was stolen. The rear view mirror bottom was broke off. If I can post pictures of this I would. I connect mobi support and they have done nothing about the situation!!! The car was listed for 70$ a day. Due to the disgusting nature of the car and the smell making me sick to my stomach I asked for a car wash and I told him the seat are so nasty and can he pay them washed he said yes and booked the cheapest car wash it was and they didn’t do a good job getting that nasty smell out nor cleaning it, so I was inconvenienced because I had plans with my family for a very special event I missed a large portion of it and had to drive this unsafe car stanking car to an event 3 hours away. I had to keep the car a extra day because again I’m inconvenienced and couldn’t follow my initial plans and ride on the bus with my family. The money hungry disrespectful host told me he wasn’t giving me a partial discount for his messed up unprofessional performance and to return the car!! He charged me 170$ for a extra day that was (70$) and 3 hours and late fees🤦🏾‍♀️ that doesn’t add up to 170 at all! He maliciously overcharged me and is very disrespectful because someone is speaking up about his raggedy cars, poor customer service and unprofessional behavior and rudeness. All of his cars don’t get rented and are always available and now I see why!!!
